*Important Information about your offline donations*

In an effort to conserve Chapter resources, donations received through the mail will not be entered individually into our database but will display in your honor roll as "offline donation."

We suggest that you keep a log of the contributions of your donors on your pledge sheet so that you can thank your donors for their contributions since your offline checks will not display on your fundraising reports in your walker headquarters.

If you need further assistance regarding any technical issues about the website,

Please include the following with your request: 

• The name of the event or organization you are supporting.
• If you are requesting a change on the website - An explanation of the changes you are requesting including all of the information that you want updated.
• If you are experiencing a technical problem - Your browser type, operating system, time when error occurred, steps to recreate the error and description of the error page.

Please note that the "real time" standings and contributions listed on this site, and the individuals and team fundraising totals reflect only the information that has been entered in the online fundraising system, Kintera.  Donations mailed to the National MS Society may take up to two weeks to be reflected online.
